I have always had excellent service at Forest City Honda, and I'm certain this will continue. The wait time is good, and I'm kept informed of the progress on our car. There were some service problems initially, but the service manager was able to work them out to my satisfaction. The repairs & maintenance were expertly completed by the mechanic.
