It seems the work was done properly. However, waiting over 30 minutes is too much, for an oil change. The waiting area was filthy. It never has been this bad in the past. Also, the cost of an oil change over 30 minutes is too much, for an oil change. The waiting area was filthy. It never has been this bad in the past. Service was good but very overpriced. Each time I was noticed of progress. Which was good, the price increased.. very overpriced for work done... Forest City Honda is professional and honest in dealings with customers. My Honda HRV 2020 was not purchased there, but I take it to them for servicing as needed.
