After returning home after a oil change service I parked my Accord for the evening I moved my car the next day to.run arrons,and noticed a oil spot on my carport floor.Then a began to find the reason why th my Accord for the evening I moved my car the next day to.run arrons,and noticed a oil spot on my carport floor.Then a began to find the reason why there's oil leakage, I discovered that the technician was sloppy with the funnel while pouring the oil into the valve cover opening thus leaking oil on top of the valve cover which leaked down the backside of the cover onto the cylinder head onto the block and down on the lower control arm and axle onto the concrete.This is first instance that I've heard since having my cars service in a least for a couple years,I placed a phone call on that following Monday and no return call from anyone in service I was told they were short staffed and that someone would be in touch . More

The folks at Forest City Honda are great!. I bought my 2014 Civic from them in May of 2014 and they have taken great care of me every since. I get my car serviced regularly although I am a low mileage cu 2014 Civic from them in May of 2014 and they have taken great care of me every since. I get my car serviced regularly although I am a low mileage customer. This can present a problem at times because I have had the car 6.5 years and have a little over 34k miles on it. My last service visit became quite expensive because my tires were dry-rotted and needed to be replaced. It was a safety issue. Suffice to say, they were as helpful as they could be with the pricing etc. since I had only expected to have an oil change. I love my Civic and have never been happier with a car or the people I bought it from. Recommend them without hesitation. Thank you!!!! P.S. Wendy Wall was great! More
