Forest City Honda responded

I am so sorry that you had a negative experience with us. I did some research on the situation and found that when you received the quote from our parts department, you were not quoted "plus taxes and shop supplies" as per our usual price quoting. We, like every other repair shop, charge applicable sales tax and shop supply fees on every RO. We have had an employee meeting and discussed this exact situation, so that clients in the future do not feel the same as you. We certainly do not have hidden fees here at Forest City Honda. We simply made a human error in quoting all of the taxes/fees to you. I ask that you please forgive our actions, as we have provided you excellent service in the past. We also want to thank you for bringing this to our attention, as this is the only way we can get better as a dealership. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
