The funny thing is that after we had settled on purchasing a Nissan Leaf, we ended up buying it from Tynan's Nissan in Fort Collins, CO., a dealership we didn't physically visit until the day we signed on the dotted line and picked up the car. Tom Lotz was our salesman who made this possible. The entire negotiation for the car was carried out with us in CA and Tom in CO. Tom's knowledge of the Nissan Leaf, professionalism, and helpfulness made this happen. He was very personable, answered all our questions in a timely manner and made sure that we got exactly the car with all the options we wanted. Tom's attention to detail was superb. He even arranged for a courtesy car to pick us up at the Denver airport and bring us to Fort Collins to get the car. Thanks to Tom, purchasing our new, environmentally friendly Leaf was a breeze. We got a great price on a car we love. All Tom's associates at Tynan's Nissan were professional and helpful. I have never found buying a car to be particularly pleasant; but this dealership listened, responded and actually made the experience fun. I think some detailed things can prove they are the best: 1) No hidden fee. I mean if you go there and found some tricks, you will feel you are fool. They don't play it as the other dealership often do. 2) Great services. When I picked up my car. It was fully detailed and parked in a shade. Those 'small' things can prove that they really take care of you and your car. 3) Great price. Nothing to complain. We live in Boulder (50+ miles) away, but why we drove that far? More

Tynan's Fort Collins... Great! I was turning in my leased 2014 Juke and was going to select a new leased vehicle. I looked at other cars, the Mazda CX5, The Honda CRV, BMW Mini Club I was turning in my leased 2014 Juke and was going to select a new leased vehicle. I looked at other cars, the Mazda CX5, The Honda CRV, BMW Mini Clubman and had some good deals lined up. I had used Tynan's in Fort Collins for service on my Juke and I had a great experience, so I contacted their sales department. Tom Lotz contacted me and assured me that his dealership would be the right place to lease another Nissan from. I HATE going to a dealership and spending HOURS negotiating, etc. Tom made the experience the BEST experience I have had when acquiring a new vehicle. Everything was handled by email or text. When I walked in on the morning of my appointment with Tom, he had all the paperwork ready. The meeting with finance at the dealership was effortless and I was done within an hour! Please consider this dealership if you are in the market for a car. The Nissan line-up is great and they go out of their way to work with the customer. More

Went out of his way to help us We recently had a really great buying experience with Conor and wanted to write a bit about it. We came into Tynan's with an idea of what vehicle we w We recently had a really great buying experience with Conor and wanted to write a bit about it. We came into Tynan's with an idea of what vehicle we wanted, but we weren't set on anything (even on buying from Tynan's). We do more research for purchases like this than probably the average couple, so whenever we work with a salesperson, we are always hopeful that we get a patient one ;) Conor was great! He is very knowledgeable about cars, so we always felt like his answers to questions were well thought out and genuine. And if he didn't know the answer, he was up front about it and was very resourceful and quick in figuring it out. His communication is excellent - he kept in touch with us and followed through on every aspect of our experience. He was also very patient with us doing many test drives, making a decision, changing our minds, and then changing them again :) It truly seemed like he wanted to get us into the right car more than he wanted anything else. The rest of the team at Tynan's (including Scott, Troy, Ricky, and Matt) did a great job of answering lots of questions for us, figuring out some really weird issues with a credit score, and ensuring the best possible financing options. Overall, the experience was wonderful, and we would definitely come back and send other people here as well! More
