Good Overall Experience I have purchased 2 new vehicles from this dealership. The first was January 2017 and the second January 2018. There were no problems with the vehicle, I have purchased 2 new vehicles from this dealership. The first was January 2017 and the second January 2018. There were no problems with the vehicle, however I had originally gotten a Rogue Sport in the most basic model due to finances at the time, but I desperately wanted leather seats, as well as a few other options, due to my large anand extremely fluffy dog who sheds constantly (vacuuming fur off of cloth seats is next to impossible). I eventually went in to trade in my vehicle and left with a new Rogue Sport in exactly the color I wanted with all of the options I wanted. Overrall, I have had a pleasant experience here. I used Tom Lots as a salesman both times and he is the most genuinely nice and least pushy salesman I've met, which is saying a lot because I shopped around A LOT before choosing Nissan. Also, both times I went home to think about it and Tom was very patient with me, rather than insisting I buy the vehicle NOW, like most salesmen do. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly every time I go in. The service department was also friendly and accommodating. I went in for 2 oil changes and one emergency tire patch and they didn't charge me even though I did not have a service contract. Wait times were very short except for my last oil change, but again, they didn't charge me so I was fine with that. I ordered all weather mats through the parts department and they were also very friendly and customer service oriented. The only negative thing I have to say about this dealership is their finance staff. The first finance guy I dealt with ran my credit and submitted it to 10 banks without telling me. After checking my credit I now have 10 hard hits on my credit report. The second finance manager was an extremely pushy female who was loud and rude and tried every manipulative way possible to get me to buy the car immediately). The third finance guy was misogynistic and pushy. He said I needed the leather protection because I don't want to "scratch the leather with my purse" (I hate purses and do not even own one...). Also, he made comments about how if I get a flat tire I would have to call my boyfriend, and that my boyfriend might scratch the leather with his pocketknife...I also carry a pocket knife for my job. It came off pretty rude. Other than the finance staff I highly recommend this dealer. In my opinion they offer extremely good prices and above average trade in values. More

Brendan Went Above Expectations Managing Our Service Brendan provided the best customer service. My daughter is attending college in Ft. Collins and her car needed a couple of major repairs. Parts neede Brendan provided the best customer service. My daughter is attending college in Ft. Collins and her car needed a couple of major repairs. Parts needed to be ordered and the work required returning at a later date for the service appointment. She was ill for an extended period and I was out of town. It was going to be a hardship for her to get the car to and from the dealer. When Brendan learned about her circumstances, Brendan offered to have the car picked up, repaired, and returned to her. What a relief for both my daughter and I. Brendan called her and scheduled the pick up time and re-delivery time. He contacted me to let me know the car was successfully repaired and returned to my daughter. We really appreciated the fact that he recognized that a client needed extra assistance and he offered it. What a wonderful person to have on staff and in the community. Further, he fully understood the complex service requirements for the car and he made sure we understood what was needed, in terms we understood. This was the best car service experience we have ever had! Thank you Brendan. More

I prefer to get information on cars by email rather than by phone or in person, and Tom was more than fine with that - he replied promptly to email, and gave us helpful detailed information. The price on our new Nissan Leaf was great. When we went to Tynan's to pick up the car, the experience was quick and easy - and there were no surprises, the price and paperwork all matched exactly what Tom had told us. I didn't know that buying a new car could be so hassle-free and painless. I definitely recommend Tom and Tynan's! More
