Service Dept did not communicate with me at all! They completed my recall/repair on early Monday afternoon. On Tuesday evening, they called but did NOT leave a message; why would an employee make They completed my recall/repair on early Monday afternoon. I spent Wednesday calling multiple phone numbers for FM Ford Service, but no one answered the ringing phone. Finally, I talked to someone in Sales who patched me to Service. The manager (who was very polite and apologetic) told me my car was done on Monday but did not see any notes that someone called me. How long should a car sit there before someone decides to call the owner or leave a message or notice that the car has not moved? More

FM Ford Service Dept has no communication with its customers even though they said they will keep you up on what's being done. They don't tell you the truth about your vehicle or parts.
