I cant say enough good things about the Infiniti Service Dept, specifically at the Fort Myers location! The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and don't try to oversell you things that aren't needed. I Dept, specifically at the Fort Myers location! I scheduled my appointment online for a routine oil change (which was a breeze) & my car was ready in about an hour! I always appreciate the complimentary car wash with every service as well! I can't forget to shout out Vish, the Service Consultant. Vish was very friendly, personable & knowledgeable. Vish kept in contact with me during the time my car was being worked on and even provided quotes for suggested work (without pressuring me into making the decision right then & there). 10 out of 10 all around! More
