I took my car in for an oil change and was told that I need a new motor. I looked at options for purchasing a new car and trading mine in. They told me that I was approved but I declined. Since then, I'm need a new motor. I looked at options for purchasing a new car and trading mine in. They told me that I was approved but I declined. Since then, I'm still driving my my current Infiniti and despite me not purchasing a new vehicle, I keep receiving information from the dealership about my new car purchase. I did not purchase a new card. I contacted the dealership because I was concerned about fraud. I thought perhaps someone opened an account in my name. They didn't even look into it. Today. I just received another. Thank you for your purchase email which prompted me to this survey. More

The Infiniti of Fort Myers service department is the best in comparison to all luxury car service departments in Fort Myers. I just wish Infiniti as a corporation would upgrade the changes in the models to keep up with the times. There is so little change between a 2024 and 2026. My car had a recall and, Ed, in the service department contacted me to let me know that they would make it very convenient for me to get my car checked. They drove to my work, picked up my car and left contacted me to let me know that they would make it very convenient for me to get my car checked. They drove to my work, picked up my car and left me a beautiful new loaner. They checked my car, washed it, vacuum it and returned it the next day after determining my car did not have any engine issues. The communication was great and they made it super easy to get my car checked. The drivers were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership and their service department. More
