I've been a loyal customer for 6 years here. Puchased 3 vehs with the intent to puchase the 4th. My last purchase became a headache by absolutely no wrong doing on our part. Our sales rep never Puchased 3 vehs with the intent to puchase the 4th. My last purchase became a headache by absolutely no wrong doing on our part. Our sales rep never followed through with her promises and when questioned, she was quick to blame the service dept. Don't know if there's a lack of communication between sales and service but these broken promises caused a huge inconvenience to us. It is very disappointing because I really liked this dealership and were always treated so well in the past. :( More

My service advisor did a great job and kept me informed…. .we took our 2023 QX60 in for an issue caused by rodents plus a routine service….they had to keep our vehicle and gave us a 2023 QX60 for a loaner…..w .we took our 2023 QX60 in for an issue caused by rodents plus a routine service….they had to keep our vehicle and gave us a 2023 QX60 for a loaner…..when repairs were done they delivered our car to us and picked up the loaner at no charge as we live an hour away…our service advisor is Ahliah Lopez and we are very happy and satisfied….thanks More
