The corporation ownership should strive to hire managers who understand how to explain to staff and customers what level of service they can expect from your company. Consistency across all channels is critical from the first interaction with the consumer. Creating a loyal customer for life is not a cliche, it should be a standard that is upheld by the entire team from the front to back of house. More

I am from out of town and had a problem with my brother in law’s sunroof - they let me come in that same day and they fixed it - luckily it was still under warranty. They even gave me a ride to the house in law’s sunroof - they let me come in that same day and they fixed it - luckily it was still under warranty. Zack & his crew did an excellent job to take great care of our car. We immediately got a loaner car. We were in & out with-in a day. We took care of our QX80 with new tires & then the next day got our othe of our car. We immediately got a loaner car. We were in & out with-in a day. We took care of our QX80 with new tires & then the next day got our other car Q50 in with 2 new tires. Both cars were balanced & rotated. Very happy with everyone's hard work!! More
