Young sales man did a great job for selling his first vehicle. Finance department not so much. I agreed to a particular monthly payment and then when I went to sign the payment increased so I had to walk vehicle. Finance department not so much. I agreed to a particular monthly payment and then when I went to sign the payment increased so I had to walk out without Gap coverage. Financial said they would pay my car off quickly within the payoff time and 3 weeks later and many calls from my prior car finance company they finally paid it off. Also found out 3 weeks later they never called my insurance company to switch my coverage. They lack of service, communication and the fact that they ran my credit at least 1/2 dozen times without my knowledge is unprofessional and I would not recommend this new dealership. Communication is the key! More

Service advisor was fine. He seemed to forget leaving my documents and car key ready after the departures closed today. At the point he told me 'you will be stealing the vehicle if you taking it home today'. More
