Those concerns were immediately resolved when I called for my first service appointment at Fort Myers Infiniti. When I called, I was directed to Rick Libby. Rick immediately recognized what I needed, found an appointment that worked with my schedule and reserved a loaner vehicle. From start to finish, Rick provided proactive, comprehensive communication and customer service. There was never a moment that I was not aware of the status of my vehicle.
