Checkout Lady was Very Rude My service was smooth & quick and Jason was very nice and polite. She said "Did you not read the sign that said you need to give it to the technician? I cant do anything with that" When i said 'No" she responded with "So you dint see it? They are everywhere back there" Obviously, I had not seen the sign - otherwise I wouldn't have assumed I gave it to the person who would cash me out. She was incredibly rude, and would make me not want to come back & get my car serviced here again. The person in the waiting room said to me 'What's she so irritated about?" as I was leaving... so the entire waiting area heard her as well. More
