I have been a loyal customer for many years due to the outstanding customer service and workmanship. Herbie in the service department has always taken excellent care of my vehicle and made sure that it is outstanding customer service and workmanship. Recently, my son purchased a new Nissan from another dealer out of town and discovered it had a minor imperfection on the hood. I stopped into the dealership and spoke to Shane H, the GM about the chipped paint and asked if he could possible repair it since the dealership that it was originally purchased from was so far away. Shane told me to have the other dealership reach out to him and that he would take care of it the next day. When I arrived at the dealership, Tim Z, the sales manager had already been briefed on my situation. He made sure my car was put on the top of the list and repaired within the hour. I can't think of another car dealership that would repair a vehicle's imperfection that was purchased from another Nissan dealer. To me, their customer service and professionalism speaks volumes. I will be sure to purchase my next vehicle from FW Nissan. More

I've lost a little confidence over the last year or so. I used to receive coupons for my routine maintenance right around the time my Altima was due for service. It was nice to see Herbie at the service desk. He's always friendly and efficient. The other matter I had was that I was unaware of the need for an appointment for a simple oil change. I realize the need for changes due to COVID but an email would have saved me a trip. I discussed this issue with Coleman Hill when he made a sales call to me a few days before my service appointment. Overall, I am happy with the Nissan service but I think they could use some fine-tuning. More
