Buyer Beware! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! My Infiniti Q50S was under the factory powertrain warranty and it was a certified used car on top of that. Brought it in because I BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! My Infiniti Q50S was under the factory powertrain warranty and it was a certified used car on top of that. Brought it in because I heard a noise, they tell me I need a new engine (bad valve train)?!?! It only had 55,000 miles on it! All services were done on schedule and at Fort Wayne Infiniti. And then tell me that it's not covered because of aftermarket parts. It had a Stillen exhaust which was on the car already when I bought it from them and they certified the car with that exhaust, but then try to blame me. Horrible customer service!!! You tell your customer they need a new engine and it's not covered at no fault of the customer...and are very rude to the customer. Instead of reassuring me that it is covered under warranty...they keep you in limbo. Infiniti USA was just as bad. Infiniti is not a luxury brand. Get a BMW, Acura, Lexus...do not get an Infiniti. They kept me in limbo for almost 3 weeks going back and forth on something that should be clearly covered under factory warranty. They act like a sleazy used car lot....stay far away! If it would let you give negative star ratings, I would give a negative 100 stars! One star rating is too good for this sleazy used car lot. More

I left it there 3 days on the second at 24 deg F their best tec rode with me and he said he could hear it. He said he would try later up on a hoist. When I came in on the 3rd day I was told this sound was normal and they gave me a Nessan document with the paragraph market in yellow “ when starting truck let it run for 30 seconds befor starting. Funny that it does this for 5 min. Or until it gets warm More

Disappointing I booked a $170 20,000 mile service online when i went to pay they said it was $250 and that they do not have services offered for that price I showed I booked a $170 20,000 mile service online when i went to pay they said it was $250 and that they do not have services offered for that price I showed them my phone where the desl was but i guess i “settled” for $205 but really i had been there for almost 4 hours so just wanted to leave especially since i wanted them to fix my spoiler that was coming off i had just bought my cpi 17 maxima platinum fro ed martin in anderson they said any nissan will fix it no problem but you guys said nope cant do it your car has been wrecked not our problem its “their” problem. This is coming from richardson the service manager because the girl working didn’t have a clue but ya he said cant do call martins. So i called martins they ft wayne is just trying to upsale you bring it on down no problem so i did they fixed and adjusted the trunk free of charge took less than 2 hrs! And by the wsy ft Wayne did not hand wash or sweep the car like they were supposed to by the service package I purchased! So long story short i got screwed out of $35 bucks but thats also what the service manager said too trying to make me feel bad i guess. Not impressed at all. Not sure what else to say other than ft Wayne did quote me the cost the repairs through them so maybe I’ll just be taking my car an hour and half south for better service. And martins does not think my car was wrecked I believe them! More
