Chris was Great. Chris, our service manager, was as always great. I do not know the name of the service tech who did the actual work, but as usual, it was done quickly and we have had no problems- so I assume with the same high quality as I have come to expect and I need to thank them too. We are happy that a 6 year old car with 130,000 miles on it still looks new and runs like new and pushes 40 MPG (Avalon Hybrid) when the temp. is not freezing or below. We are extremely happy with it and are looking forward to if/when they bring out a 4wd Hybrid Avalon in a year or so. Thank You all for your excellent work. More
