Used Car Disaster We traveled from over 2.5 hours away to see a used vehicle only after being assured that if we bought it the deal would be contingent on our mechanics We traveled from over 2.5 hours away to see a used vehicle only after being assured that if we bought it the deal would be contingent on our mechanics inspection within 5 days. Unfortunately that promise didn't last long as they decided that couldn't be allowed during price negotiations. They also tried to surprise us with $499 in "Government Fees". When asked what this was for since taxes were already listed separately, we were told it was for a government required "etching" program. Somehow the manager was able to override this "government required" program and drop the fee to $25. Of course there are no required government fees besides taxes, and the etching excuse is a different shady add-on tactic altogether! Needless to say we didn't buy anything from these guys. Surprising how some dealers still try to use these stupid tactics! More

AVOID FROM SALES AND SERVICES! I bought a used vehicle here and I noticed the next morning it had issues. I called them and they agreed to take care of 2 of the 3 issues. A broken m I bought a used vehicle here and I noticed the next morning it had issues. I called them and they agreed to take care of 2 of the 3 issues. A broken mirror that I hadn't noticed, and noise from the front end. They ordered the mirror, and I dropped it off after it was delivered (two weeks). I dropped off my vehicle ( after borrowing another since they had no loaner available) and they call me back with a very detailed description of what was wrong. The front axle had 1/2" of play in it. So they order a new ( to find out later it was actually used) axle. Two days later it shows up damaged. I'm being very patient at this point. So they order another one... over a week goes by and it's not there. They finally provide me a loaner car and again describe in detail of how badly broken the axle was... just shy of another week ( 3 weeks now) I get a call saying the parts are there and it will be ready that day. They replaced the struts and mounts... not the axle... and now they expect me to believe that the axle is fine... on top of that they didn't even finish the job with an alignment so I have to take it in again! ( not back to them as I will not be going back there). Of course they did offer to continue working on it, but why would I let them when they have proven that they don't know what they are doing? They are paying for the alignment, but talk about an incompetent service department! They left trash in my car, grease on my steering wheel and door, car drifts hard to the right, and the mirror is loose! They told me they fired the original guy who diagnosed the axle, and I find out today they moved him to sales... lies. Now I am left with a vehicle that I don't even know if it has a good axle!!! This place is bottom of the barrel at best. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR PURCHASES AND SERVICE! More

I told him what I was looking for and he did not listen to the things I wanted and attempted to pressure me to change my price range among other requirements. I told him that I had already driven the same make and model he was showing me, but it was in my price range while the car he was showing me on the computer was $5k over my budget. He explained that each car drives differently, I refused to test drive it because it is out of my price range. I then agree to test drive a Kia that was in my price point. He brings up a car, when we are in it and driving he tells me it is a different Kia than we talked about and had less miles, which I assume will mean it is more expensive. This was JUST after he made a big deal out of every vehicle driving differently. The next day he messages me another car out of my price range and texts me. I reply telling him I will not be purchasing a vehicle from him. More

We had to fight to get them to do anything even though it was in warranty. Paid $700 after them trying to get me to pay $1500 of it. Now here we are Christmas week and I have no vehicle the transmission went out. They are not trying to be helpful at all! My vehicle is still sitting almost 2 weeks later and I've been offered no replacement. Rob is the nastiest manager and fits the title "used car salesman" never been treated so badly in my life. I've been completely ripped off because come to find out they rebuilt the transmission before selling it to me and failed to mention anything about it. Now I'm stranded without a vehicle on Christmas. Never go to Bob Rohormans or Fort Wayne Toyota!!! More

The call kicked over to a receptionist who then tried to connect me to service more than five times. I finally got disconnected. I then called back and service was still busy. The receptionist kicked me to a voice mail to leave a message. I then hung up and called another Toyota dealer for my recall. I hope that when the message that says "this call may be recorded more customer service purposes" that it actually was. More
