We repurchased the 2019 Rogue from Fort Wayne Toyota after allowing our son to use it as his trade in on a new Toyota hybrid. We agreed to pay an extra $5,000 more than the trade in value. After rushing through e-Signing a bunch of documents on an iPad, we got our documents on a thumb drive. A few days later we looked at the documents and discovered we had purchased almost $5,000 worth of zero deductible, 10 year, maintenance insurance which we never asked for and didn't want. It appears that my wife's signature was photo copied and distorted to fit the unsigned document, since the rest of the document was not distorted. The result was that we paid more for our 4 year old car than we did when it was new and our payments are more than $150 a month larger than our original (no down payment) payments. We are extremely disappointed and feel we have been cheated and abused by Fort Wayne Toyota. Apparently, we signed most of the other documents and can't get out of the contract now, but we won't be purchasing another Rohrman vehicle. We were already unhappy with the purchase we made with Rohrman Nissan in Fort Wayne because they damaged our credit rating for a problem that was Nissan's. More

I had a flat tire emergency 15 minutes before the service department was to close, but I pulled in anyway.
