The sales department was excellent and worked with me and made the dealing process painless. The service side is another story, the vehicle still had over 4k miles left on the oil change. If it ain't broke don't fix it, per the owner's manual 0w20 is the ideal oil for my car but the sticker states 5w30. Dry rotten tires on the rear of the car and they have 7/32 tread left but they have plenty of tread. I bought a Toyota for the longevity but not impressed with the service side and will not be back. The kicker is the oil is also overfilled, if I wanted service like this I'd go to Walmart. More
