I would like everyone to know, that is looking for new or used cars, that the only place to go is Ft. Wayne Toyota. That was the most unpressured ride I have ever had. He made me feel very comfortable, and at ease. I have never had to bring it in for service(other than up keep). Michael made me feel like a Queen as he presented me with the keys to my Car(I even think there was red carpet!) Ft. Wayne Toyota is definitly a 'Your in the Family'experience. Jeff and Dave worked with us to meet our mileage, total cost & payment goals. We bought two cars (one new & one used) & doubled our gas mileage. Joshua was a very pleasant person to deal with. It was obvious that he was trying hard to please the customer. My Highlander was only 2 years old and in very good shape so whether I got a new one or kept obvious that he was trying hard to please the customer.
