I had an appt for an oil change and lube at 10:30AM. At 12:30PM, I was still waiting, in the waiting room. Went to service desk, keys were hanging on the wall, car was done. The service writer that checked me in wasn't there, probably at lunch, but surely someone should let the customer know when the car is ready. Another writer gave me the keys and apologized.
