Good Service I came for a 35,000 maintenance on my Camry. Did not have a prior appointment. No masks during a pandemic! I’ve usually had great experiences here, but this time I was dismayed that not one of the indoors employees had a mask on. That evening I heard on the news that FW was experiencing a large spike in covid19 cases. I joke that the spike originated at Toyota. In addition, I was told that if I wanted a ride somewhere, my service would take 2 hours rather than the 1 hour 20 minutes I was first quoted. Then my vehicle wasn’t vacuumed as it usually is. These things were very disappointing, since I’ve never had such a poor experience at Toyota. As to the actual work done, I’ve never been disappointed. I do hope the employees indoors are now required to wear masks. Not to do so shows utter contempt for their customers’ health, as well as each others’ health. I felt very much that I was not respected, even that my health was completely disregarded. More

We bought a vehicle they had just received on trade 2 days prior so it hadn't been detailed yet. We left it over night to be detailed. Picked it up the next evening and it was still filthy. It was schedu days prior so it hadn't been detailed yet. We left it over night to be detailed. Picked it up the next evening and it was still filthy. It was scheduled to go back a few days later to have rood rails installed and we told them we wanted it fully detailed as well. It still came back yesterday filthy and not at all detailed - and this is in the middle of a worldwide pandemic. Leads me to believe they also don't clean their cars between test drives. I will be having a nice conversation with the manager whenever he's back in office. Pretty pathetic. More
