Thanks for the excellent attention given to me. I needed an auto, new or previously owned.I met Gary Peddicord, at MedVed, Wheat Ridge, and the process became simple. Gary helped me understand the items on each vehicle I was considering. We drove four different trucks over a period of five hours , considering each from my point of view and requirements. When my decision was made, Richard Rice, finance manager, assisted in fine manor to close the deal , explaining all aspects and any questions to my complete satisfaction. I am completely satisfied with the attention paid to me in helping me make an important financial decision.Today buying a new, used auto involves a large investment, so one must consider carefully. They are not adequate for high end buyers! Where to start? I bought a 2016, $95k car and from the start the salesman said it would be in by first of August, it was there on the 19th. On the positive, once it was in, he did get me, and paper work done rapidly. the HORROR of the deal is that Jerry the one showing me how to use the car was horrible! He has not business showing people how to use CUE or the rear entertainment system. 1985 just called and they want their Cadillac salesman back! He went over basic things like blinkers and shifting and some air and little things but didn't know how to pair Pandora and really nothing about the RES. I actually had to come back because he didn't show me anything about the RES and he told me two or three things that were inaccurate. Then there were a couple of items not working and he said I should get it serviced but did not make an effort to help me get it services like an appointment or to go over to service to see if they could fix it quickly. I also emailed my salesperson about the issues and had a question and he never got back with me. Just so you know, I buy a car or two every two years and I currently have 3 2014 through 2015 Porsche's and now one Escalade, and I have to say, you guys are so not geared to handle high end clients like me. Looks like you would rather sell 3 $30K cars instead of one to a highly qualifies, high turn around, frequent buyer. More
