I bought my Grand Vitara from Medved. What a great bunch of people. As a single women I felt respected and appreciated. My granddaughter was with me and they even made her feel welcomed. I have returned to have service done on my SUV and each time I am made to feel like I'm the only person in the Service department. I have made great friends there and each time I pop in they are glad to see me. (or maybe it's the cakes I bring to them to say THANK YOU)... Either way I would recommend this dealership to anyone who asks where to go for service or a new car. I have even mentioned to my family and friends about the great people who are connected to Medved and they too have come back and said that they can believe how wonderful they are at Medved. And the Service Dept. What a great bunch of guys they make it a pleasure to have service done on your car. I don't need a reason to stop by and say HI. Dan and Chat your the best Service Dept in Colorado. Go Team Medved. Lisa what a wonderful feeling I get when I am there to have service done on my car and stop by to say hello. This service department has always provided efficient and friendly service along with convenient dates. I don't have my Suburban worked on by anybody else. I was very happy with my entire experience at Medved. I made 3 different visits before buying my 2011 Chevy Cruze. I alwasy get great service from these guys whether it is for my Cadillac or Chevy they are always prompt and great to work with. They have a courtesy shuttle as well which I use all of the time. We didn't think there was any way we could work a deal out. We were upside down on my old car and the car really needed help.
