The first time I took my car in, no issue with battery / starter was diagnosed and I was sent home with a laundry list of things wrong with my car that needed fixed. After a week, my car continued not to start. I had to get my car towed to this dealership for a 2nd time for them to tell me that my starter was faulty. The team was nice and helpful, communication mediocre. Frustrated that it took a few weeks and multiple diagnostic appts to get this figured out. More

Dealership doesn’t know how to feel out paper work for DMV. Annoyingly have to wait longer for the dealership to get paper work back from dmv to correct to resend paperwork back to dmv.
