It was good.v Doug was very helpfull Doug was very helpful in trying to fix an electrical problem (dead battery for no apparent reason). The 3V battery in the FOB was replaced which may Doug was very helpful in trying to fix an electrical problem (dead battery for no apparent reason). The 3V battery in the FOB was replaced which may have caused some of my electrical problems. The car has running fine this last week and Doug has checked with me to see if I was having any futher problems. Doug is all good to talk and takes a really interest in giving the customer great service. He does complement your organization. More
