This is our third new car from this dealership and the treatment we receive is the reason we keep coming back. Our first contact was with Jon Heartso a week or so earlier. When we came back, he was with another customer so turned us over to Alicia Salas and she completed the deal with us. They are both knowledgeable about the vehicles and made the process go smoothly. I had 121,000+ miles on my vehicle since 2011 and never needed major work. I give credit for that to excellent service provided by mainly the person noted below. March 2016 my vehicle was totaled out by a careless driver behind me when I stopped for a red light. My first stop in shopping was to go the Medved service department to point me to the right person to help me began shopping for a new vehicle. I needed all wheel drive and purchased a new Chev Trax LT without shopping any further, good service advisor to good sales person and even the paperwork guy handled it well. I have great confidence in the service department. I have only had a very minor need on the Trax and the service department took care of it while I waited. More
