Easiest Car Buying Experience EVER !! Liliana Vega was a very professional, pleasant, and knowledgable sales agent. We wanted to replace our 2013 Volt with a new 2017 Volt. Medved was able Liliana Vega was a very professional, pleasant, and knowledgable sales agent. We wanted to replace our 2013 Volt with a new 2017 Volt. Medved was able to get us one, when no other Chevy dealers in the Denver area were able to. Liliana was extremely knowledgeable about the Volt, presented all possible sale incentives, and followed up on everything she said she would do. Hunter Lippincott did a very straight up and professional finance presentation and paperwork signing. Education Salesman was very nice, but I wish he was more educated on the vehicle I purchased. I pull a RV Trailer and the vehicle I purchased May not pull it. I Salesman was very nice, but I wish he was more educated on the vehicle I purchased. I pull a RV Trailer and the vehicle I purchased May not pull it. I didn't find this out until the GM told me. At that point I felt obligated to buy the vehicle. I did call back and wanted to bring the truck back and get one that could pull my trailer. The salesman said I could but the other vehicle would be $50 more a month. Knowing I was set on a fixed monthly price, I think the Dealership could have gotten me into the other vehicle , at the same monthly price as before. More
