Pablo misrepresented the vehicle color, finalized the sale without disclosure, and then failed to respond to my concerns. He even texted me that there is ‘zero difference’ between the 2025 and 2026 model sale without disclosure, and then failed to respond to my concerns. I purchased a oil change and tire rotation package for the 3rd or 4th year in a row for my Cadillac Escalade. They didn't rotate my tires although they claim they did. I had previously marked my tires bec the 3rd or 4th year in a row for my Cadillac Escalade. They didn't rotate my tires although they claim they did. I had previously marked my tires because I had a suspension they weren't being rotated. Sure enough when I got home and checked, my tires were in fact not rotated. I've been here more than a dozen times for an oil change. It constantly takes more time than quoted. I once had to wait around for 4 hours for an oil change that should have taken an hour. I did call to complain but played phone tag with the manager and never was able to speak with him. My husband then reached out and never got a call back. More
