Originally diagnosed incorrectly by service technicians but eventually after replacing a couple items they got to the bottom of the problem. During this time we were given a more than adequate courtesy loaner vehicle until ours was fixed & ready to go. From start to finish Jason at the Wheat Ridge Medved service department kept us fully up to date on what was going on. This is the second time we had moderate problem with our vehicle and each time Jason did an outstanding job to make sure things were taken care of properly. Would recommend Medved Wheat Ridge for buying a vehicle, which by the way we bought our 2013 Malibu from, and any on going service issues. More

Great Experience I just purchased my 5th Cadillac and was dreading the 5 hour process to purchase. I spoke with Kat and explained what I wanted. She continued to impress me with offering to write up the contract paperwork prior to my getting there so that is all I had to do was go in, test drive, sign papers and go over car features. I was there for 1 hour and then drove away. She made car-buying very easy and listened to not only my needs, but respected my time!!
