Out with the old, in with the pre-owned! When my well used Trailblazer finally said "no more" near Frisco, Colorado, I had it towed to Medved. I would like to think that I was treated so well because I had originally purchased that Trailblazer from Medved, but looking back on that transaction I believe they just treat everyone well as a way of doing business. Dishonest practices and awful customer service Absolutely appalled with this dealership. I purchased an SUV for the intent of towing a travel trailer and the sales guy informed me that the towing c Absolutely appalled with this dealership. I purchased an SUV for the intent of towing a travel trailer and the sales guy informed me that the towing capacity for the vehicle was 8400 lbs. We purchased out travel trailer and their dealer informed us the capacity was 6300 lbs. We went to the dealership to explain the situation and the sales manager admitted fault of their dealership and explained they would replace the vehicle with the correct model or we could choose from a car on their lot. They were not able to replace the vehicle because they only purchase rental cars from auctions and rental car companies do not purchase the model we need with the appropriate towing capacity. We also could not find a suitable vehicle with their current inventory. Our only options are to purchase a vehicle from them that costs more money or wait until some miraculously trades in the exact vehicle we need. The sales manager has been incredibly rude, deceitful and disrespectful to me throughout this process. Will not return calls and will not answer direct questions when asked. We were told in writing we could return the vehicle for a complete refund, then told 5 minutes later we were mistakenly told that. Overall, lies, disrespect, going back on their word. I am incredibly disappointed and we are now left with a vehicle that we cannot use for towing. I will be contacting the Attorney Generals office. More
