This salesman is new to the product. He misled us on at least two points. 1) How the ECO works on the vehicle purchased, 2) That a GPS navigation system was included on this vehicle. The purchase process (after our decision to buy) took too long. I was paying cash and was still treated like a credit customer. The dealership was very business-like and efficient. The offer that I was given on a potential trade-in was very low. More

Service was as good as it gets. Doug Greer in Cadillac service was excellent, could not be happier with how i was treated. I have a Cadillac dealer 30 miles from my house in Vail, I drive right past it to service was excellent, could not be happier with how i was treated. All of the above has given us confidence to continue to buy and service cars at Medved in Wheatridge. Also, the Medved autobody shop has been outstanding in services to our vehicles. P.S. this is the 2nd time I wrote this up - this site wiped me out last month after most of the review was written - very frustrating! More
