After oil and air filter change was completed the service rep let me drive out of the bay without pointing out the windshield was cracked top to bottom. It was not that way when I drove in. When going back rep let me drive out of the bay without pointing out the windshield was cracked top to bottom. It was not that way when I drove in. When going back into the bay to ask what happened the rep had left for lunch. Got a voice mail from the service manager later in the day but no other follow up. Will find other dealer in area for service going forward. I understand the rock chip was there behind the rear view mirror that could not be seen from the driving position but to not address that it was cracked on the premises seemed sub-par attention to detail.
