I wish all our dealer experiences had been this great! We bought an Equinox EV LT2 AWD, and there was no pressure or upsell. Our sales person Bill Desautels was courteous (i.e., didn’t talk down to us or try to impress us), knew the car inside and out, and spent lots of time to explain/walk us through the settings and features. He then informed us of credits and discounts that we hadn’t known about — $16.6k total with the EV tax rebate!! And then Ryan Middleton in finance was also great. We highly recommend Foundation Chevrolet! More

I should have been notified that this would happen, as I was only expecting 1 hard inquiry. Also I would have liked a printed copy of my extended warranty paperwork so I know what exactly is covered.
