The sales person I worked with was amazing I traded in my 2020 GMC Acadia for a used 2021 GMC Yukon. But ever since I have brought it home their finance department has messed up everything, it took the finan 2020 GMC Acadia for a used 2021 GMC Yukon. But ever since I have brought it home their finance department has messed up everything, it took the finance department nearly a month to get the bank their money and get the vehicle that I bought on the banks books. The amount of times I have tried to get ahold of someone in that store is exhausting. I was also told that my license plates from my old vehicle because there are special plates would be transferred to my new one, when in fact they filed for new plates overall and now I am going to have to pay to transfer my specialty plates myself. I will never ever be going back to this dealership not even for any service. This dealership needs to find people to answer their phones or even get back to people that leave voicemails so far the only people reachable is the ones who answer their phones at reception. More
