Doug is great. ..always remembers me from when I bought my Cadillac there. Wish Foundation was closer to me to maintain service. Rickenbaugh is 4 miles from me.... ..always remembers me from when I bought my Cadillac there. Wish Foundation was closer to me to maintain service. Rickenbaugh is 4 miles from me....they offer snacks/tv/beverages. Only comment is that my tire pressure air was not checked....I had the inspection service, and had to go to my car wash place to get air.....service dept. needs to check EVERYTHING. Other Cadillac dealerships offer snacks & beverages while waiting....Foundation is lacking in that department. I would buy a new Cadillac, but there is not a Premium Luxury offerred.....my caddy has great high end appointments inside the vehicle. More

We had a mixup with the Salesman at first but than after a few Days it was all word out. The finance department had given me a call so we close the deal.
