The dealership was a bit shady with their practice. They require you to buy an after market warranty for the interior and exterior of the vehicle. The cost is $2000.00. When I stated I didn’t want this They require you to buy an after market warranty for the interior and exterior of the vehicle. The cost is $2000.00. When I stated I didn’t want this, I was told it was a required purchase. There was problems with the financing as well. My credit is stellar and was approved right away. Unfortunately I was out of town for an extended time so the paperwork was sent overnight to me. Everything was signed and sent back. Then the request for pay stubs came through. This was provided promptly. I was notified that the bank was taking a while to fund the loan. Without my permission the finance office submitted the request for loan to multiple other banks. I was only notified of this because I have a fraud alert on my credit report and one of the banks notified me. When I inquired about this, I was told they needed a back up plan for loan funding. Although I completely understand the need to have funding, the fact that this was not discussed with me prior to running my credit was unacceptable. Within a week of having the truck we noticed there was a problem with the drivers side mirror. It was taken to the service department. We were told the mirror was on springs and the movement was normal. This was questioned as the passenger mirror does not move the same way. It was agreed that the service department would order a new one. This process took nearly 2 months. During that 2 months Ryan in service made many promises to follow up with us but never kept those promises. We had to make multiple phone calls during that time to get updates. We were told the part was ordered but when we asked the parts department, it was stated the part was never ordered. This process has been very frustrating and this is a dealership I would not recommend to anyone. More
