I recently purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Truck from Medved Chevrolet. Given the pandemic impact and the recent microchip shortage it was quite an interesting experience from start to finish to say the least. Chevrolet. There was certainly a few issues that cropped up during the entire “initial sale to final vehicle delivery process that had to be worked through but fortunately my Sales Lead, Dominic Ienna, did a terrific job of recognizing these mistakes and did everything in his power to either fix them on the spot or, working with his sales manager, to come up with reasonable alternative solutions that helped balance the equation towards customer satisfaction first among all equals. Dominic’s frequent and constant communications were also very welcomed and certainly helped to reinforce his overall honesty and his sincere efforts in establishing not only an initial relationship for the sale of the Truck but also building a client relationship that will last over time as well. As a legacy Chevrolet Truck client, (45 years), I have certainly met and worked with all sorts of dealerships and sales personnel from around the country. Dominic Ienna certainly ranks well within the top 10 percent for honesty, integrity, recognizing mistakes made in the sales process, and most importantly doing the right thing regardless of the consequences or impact to the business in order to ensure the best possible client experience.
