And the car had a few fixes that were needed, having purchased from the used dealer next door...that they had missed. Very helpful and seemed to be in it for me not just to get his commission. They only issue I had was when I talked to the finance officer. He came off rude and slightly demeaning. I’m a car guy and know quite a bit and he basically tried to feed me a line about the alternator being 500-700 dollars in an attempt to get me to buy a extended warranty plan. I don’t really think that professional on his part due to people who may not know any better and basically get scared into something. But other than that the experience was great. Will definitely be back in the future. More

Great Salesman helps YOU get what YOU want! After going to a different Chevy dealership and dealing with a a stereotypical Salesman that pressured us to buy as soon as the test drive ended, on a After going to a different Chevy dealership and dealing with a a stereotypical Salesman that pressured us to buy as soon as the test drive ended, on a vehicle that didn't have the features we were looking for, meeting with Ray Schaeffer at Medved was a breath of fresh air! Ray took the time to get to know us and what we actually were looking for and showed us several different vehicles around the lot. After none seemed to be our perfect fit, instead of trying to convince us to change our preferences he walked us through the options of getting an off-lot vehicle, and found the right model for us across town. He drove across town to grab it for us while we dealt with the rest of the process, and were able to leave with what we wanted within the same day. By being soft spoken and being genuinely interested in giving us what we wanted, Ray was one of the best Salesman we've dealt with in the industry. Thanks Medved! More

Best Chevy Dealer and GM Service Department Ever! I would not buy a vehicle anyplace BUT Medved Chevrolet in Wheatridge Colorado. As a matter of fact, I traded in a Chevy Suburban that I purchased at I would not buy a vehicle anyplace BUT Medved Chevrolet in Wheatridge Colorado. As a matter of fact, I traded in a Chevy Suburban that I purchased at the (competitor) Chevy Dealer just a few miles down the road, because their service department treated me THAT poorly, so that I would not be "bound" to use the competitor's service Department. Medved's Service Department Manager Dan Hugg....Service Writer Jason Edrich....and Joel Edrich.....and the rest of the Service Team at Medved Chevrolet in Wheatridge CO....have all treated me as though I am Number ONE every single time I pull in the drive for my service needs. If Dan, Jason, and Joel all moved to another Dealership, I would follow them wherever they went. Even though I am a 61 year old woman who always presents alone with my vehicle, I have never felt that I was "taken advantage of" because I am an older woman alone. I have never felt that there was ever a reason to mistrust that I am being treated honestly and fairly. In my mind, the Service Department at Medved Chevrolet in Wheatridge CO is the most honest and fair service department I have ever had the pleasure to visit. When I was a younger working woman I drove my personal vehicle for my job travel. I drove 50,000 miles a year for 11 years....and I bought a new vehicle once a year. Every time my odometer approached the 50,000 mile mark (I was told once the vehicle had over 50,000 miles on it, the trade in value began to decline quickly), I would trade it in for a new one. I always needed a spotlessly reliable vehicle, because I was a single girl traveling alone to remote locations. So, this means I have probably purchased at minimum 10 to 15 new vehicles in my lifetime....from several different manufacturers...and this gave me the opportunity to see for myself how different service departments treat their customers. Over the past 35 years, and all of the many different service departments I've had the opportunity to "review"....I have found Medved Chevrolet in Wheatridge CO has far and above exceeded any other service department I have ever visited. Hats off to Dan Hugg (Service Manager)...Jason Edrich (Service Advisor)...and Joel Edrich (Service Advisor)...and their Team members. Keep up the good work you all do for Mr. Medved. Speaking of Mr. Medved, he personally requested to meet me the day I purchased my new truck at Medved. And he is a "gem". What a nice man he is. I am a big fan of Medved Chevrolet and I recommend them to anybody I know who speaks of purchasing a new vehicle. GO MEDVED!!!!!!! More
