I don't work for Medved, have no vested interest, these are just good people doing a hard job and they do it well. My deal was complicated for a couple of reason's but you wouldn't have known it by the way it was handled. These guys Rock and I've already referred others and will continue to do so. I had other uninvolved employees come up and call me by name, chat, and just be friendly. I have never felt less pressure or more welcomed at a dealership and can't say enough about the whole staff that I came in contact with. Would love to give them a negative 5 If you have time to waste great place to sit around and be ignored for couple of hours. I purchased a new truck from them on a Saturday afternoon. The truck I decided on was not on the lot and they would have to go and pick it up from Colorado springs. I was told they could go that night and get it or Monday morning. I choose Monday because I didn't think they could get it ready for me that night. I called Monday morning telling them I would be there around 2-3pm. I was there around 2:30. Too my surprise the truck was not ready. I don't think they have started to get it ready for me until I showed up to pick it up. After 4 hours waiting around I finally got to see it. I was told the truck would have the sprayed in bed liner turns out it didn't. So now I have to bring it back to get that done. Show up to drop it off and pick up a loaner. Get to the loaner desk and they don't have one. About 1hr and half I get one. Now 3 months later they want me to do a survey. The sales man says fell free to use his name Mark Bertrand. I asked him if he really want me to do his survey. His response was well I didn't need to because the original sales man no longer worked there and he [mark] wanted to make things right. The last email I sent him was asking how long he worked there. It's been about a week or so and no response. So I have to assume he no longer works there. On a closing note the service department have been good to work with so far. But to early to say for sure. More
