My most recent purchase was a 2015 Cadillac ATS. Love it! Thank you Jay Heartso and John Cook for making the experience so wonderful and quick. Great buying experience After a horrible experience earlier in the day with a GMC dealership up north, Rob at Medved turned my day around and I left with my perfect Silverado After a horrible experience earlier in the day with a GMC dealership up north, Rob at Medved turned my day around and I left with my perfect Silverado. The prior night Rob sent me about 10 different trucks that he felt fit what I was looking for. His customer service and non stop attitude was exceptional. Within 15 minutes he and his sales mgr Mike had my business. They came to a deal I could not refuse quickly and easily. It was the easiest car buying ever. To make it even better, Willy in finance surpassed my expectation on the rate and litterly the whole process too about 45 minutes. It took longer to prep the truck for delivery than make the deal and sign. Even a week later Rob is still Johnny on the spot with any questions. Highly recommend this dealership. I can't say enough how impressed I am with them. More

Poor customer service I went to check out a car, the sales person that i talked by the phone said he was going to be there. I drove over 1 hr on traffic to get there, to fi I went to check out a car, the sales person that i talked by the phone said he was going to be there. I drove over 1 hr on traffic to get there, to find out he wasn't there. Someone else was going to help me. He had a bas actitud with my girlfriend and me. He wasn't helping me at all. He was spitting in front of us (i don't if it was tabaco or what but it was nasty) he was making comments about me being young and not trusting me to go and test drive the car. He didn't even explain what the warranties of teh vehicle were, he didn't take the time to answer my question. He printed a report for the car (payment, total cost, and interest rates) but he couldn't give it to me because i was going to buy the car at that moment. Also, he sent us to see the car saying thatvit was open when it wasn't, he didn't even go with us I guess because it was a cold night. We waited there like 15 until he went outside with us. I been in a few other dealers and this one is the one that made me not want to go back. The car was nice I did want to buy it but not with that service that i was given. More
