Excellent Buying Experience I wasn't able to make it to the dealership but was familiar with the new Ram 1500. Found what I was looking for on their website and called their sal I wasn't able to make it to the dealership but was familiar with the new Ram 1500. Found what I was looking for on their website and called their sales department. I was lucky enough to be connected with Henry Broadus who took the time to listen and immediately go to work for me. Even though we had never met and I had never been to the dealership, Henry took my call seriously when he could have easily blew it off. Between Henry and Chad Martz, sales mgr, I was treated with the utmost respect and things were taken care of in a timely manner.
