My experience this time was very poor, I will not return I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. The first two went fine, no problems, and I felt like I was treated well. I returned to this deal I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. The first two went fine, no problems, and I felt like I was treated well. I returned to this dealership because of my experience in the past with them. I have no problems with the salesman, Mike Mason. It is your finance team and the people that rate your trade in. I brought in a 2017 Jeep Cherokee that I purchased from this dealership approximately 2 years ago. This vehicle was in perfect shape and been taken well care off; it only had 16000 miles on it and was never wrecked. It had one blemish on the lower front plastic panel from a pressure washer. The Jeep was still under factory warranty. They offered me $14000 for it the first time, I said no, got up and started to walk out. The salesman went back to the manager or finance director whoever and he came back with a price of 17,500, I only owed $22000 on the vehicle and I knew it was worth that. I should have left then, but like a xxxxxxx, I didn’t. My wife has severe back problems and the Jeep we had was too crammed for us and the seats were uncomfortable for her, we had to get out of that one and into a bigger one for her. The salesman tried his best and I truly believe that it’s the other employees that I have a problem with; seems all they cared about was how much they could screw a customer. Because of the way that they treated me, I was unable to purchase gap insurance because of cost and add the tag on my loan, about $1400 for the tag in Oklahoma. I know I should have got up and walked out but this Jeep we got is very comfortable on her back and more roomy for us and had plenty room for her handicap scooter in the back. I know you people don’t care, I’m just another customer but I will never return to this dealership again to do another purchase. I trusted this dealership and feel like that trust was trampled on. This was my third one, All they cared about is how much they could screw me around on my trade just so they could make some money. I hope somebody lets Mr Patterson know because I will not recommend this dealership to anyone again. I have recommended Patterson to a lot of people but never again will I recommend this dealership to anyone. NEVER. I was not expecting the screwing that I received from your dealership.
