Hello Mr. Stenzel, thank you for taking the time to provide details about your experience. I would personally like to apologize on behalf of my staff for the poor communication you received. In regards to pre-paying for your parts; we made a business decision to require prepayment on parts orders due to various factors such as limited storage space and customers ordering parts and never picking them up. I completely understand your frustration, however I hope you understand where we are coming from as well. Nonetheless, there is no excuse for poor communication and again I am deeply apologetic you struggled to get your questions or concerns answered in a timely manner.
