I've had a very poor experience with the sevice department at MedVed I purchased a used vehicle there and I need to have a repair done After four different attempts at making an appointment I fi department at MedVed I purchased a used vehicle there and I need to have a repair done After four different attempts at making an appointment I finally got to speak to someone who told me they cannot help me. When I called the phone number I was given the email address for a Kyoder who never responded I left voicemail that was never responded to. I called several times with no response! If anyone is interested in purchasing a used vehicle from this dealer be very careful what you wish for. After the sale is complete you will be dissatisfied with the customer service. At the very least they should have the decency to return a call or email Terribley disrespectful to former customers Won't ever do business there again I'm going to tell everyone I know to avoid MedVed at all costs. More
