Barian Garrett and Mike McNamara were very helpfull in helping us pick out the vehicle that was best for us and what were wanted in a vehicle. We could have gone to some other place but I am so HAPPY tha helping us pick out the vehicle that was best for us and what were wanted in a vehicle. The service dept. was very busy on Sat, but Eddie was able to get me in there anyways because I was pressed for time. I honestly wasnt planning on buying a car the day I came in. My wife and I just wanted to see some numbers and figure out what it would take for us to get into something in a year or so because we only have in. My wife and I just wanted to see some numbers and figure out what it would take for us to get into something in a year or so because we only have one car between the two of us, basically we were just planning. We only had 14 months left to pay on our current car, but our car has the check engine light on so we were worried that the car would break down on us at any moment. Everyone always dreads going to a dealership, my wife and I are the same way with other dealerships but not with Fountain Auto Mall. My family and I have always been treated great there, Ive been to one other dealership for an oil change and their customer service was horrible, they nagged me day and night to come in and buy a car from them. Fountain Auto Mall isnt like that, Mike and Brian actually care about you and listen to you. They dont force anything down your throat or tell you what you should do, in other words they dont pressure you into doing something you will regret like other dealerships. Ive bought cars from Mike before and he has always been a great person to us, he tells you up front whats going on. None of that beating around the bush, lets try this or that, crunch these numbers, let me talk to this other person shenanigans. We go to Mike because we TRUST him and we will never go to anyone else, where he goes we will go. My parents, sisters, friends and family have all bought from Mike and always rave about how great of a person he is. I have never dealt with Brian Garrett before but man is he awesome!! Mike had him show us car after car and he was always up beat, friendly and made us feel comfortable and welcomed the whole time. I have to honestly say Brian and Mike are the best people I have ever dealt with and thats why I continue to come back to Mike and this dealership again and again over the last 13 years. Mike has helped me out of many situations that other dealerships wouldnt even look at. I gave the rating above because Mike and Brian make me feel like family, up front, to the point, dont waste your time and care about you. Thank you again Mike and Brian!! We were looking for a specific vehicle and were notified immediately when one was brought to the lot. Brian ensured we were able to view the vehicle at times that were convenient for us. We worked with Brian Garrett over the phone on the sale of our new Acadia for about a week. He was very patient with all our questions, considering all the different options to get a vehicle at the price of our new Acadia for about a week. His customer service and communication over the course of the sale was excellent. Once we met in person, we had already established a relationship, which made for a very comfortable encounter. We then met witht he Finance person (can't recall her name) who was also very friendly and accommodating. I have purchased/leased 10 vehicles to date and I have to say that this car buying experience was the best I have had bar none! We will definitly reccommend Brian and the Fountain Auto Mall to all of my family and friends and we will return for our next vehicle purchase. We went in to look around to see if the Outlander was available for me to buy with my trade in and was totally met with a very knowledgeable agent who let me ask my discovery questions of what I was look available for me to buy with my trade in and was totally met with a very knowledgeable agent who let me ask my discovery questions of what I was looking for, and was treated with the utmost respect and answered all my questions that I had, and because of this, not only did I get my Outlander, but my husband got his truck, a GMC Sierra Crew-cab. This was the best Xmas for both of us and we owe it to Brian, who took the time and energy to assist us both with every question and there was never a moment that we felt pressure. Brian, by his 2nd to none-courtsey and respect, sold 2 vehicles. I would deal with him again and again and HIGHLY recommend our friends to buy from him and your staff.
