We have been customers at Fountain Acura for 20+ years and just got a fantastic new Acura MDX. The purchasing process was again very low pressure and efficient and pleasant. We had to return to the dealer and just got a fantastic new Acura MDX. The purchasing process was again very low pressure and efficient and pleasant. We had to return to the dealership to get the car detailed and to learn about the new technology that is so great. The service department has always been A++ and takes great care. We were disappointed in the "training" we were to have received, because we were made to wait for 2 twos after the appointment started, and the session was incomplete as the sales team was too busy delivering other vehicles to fulfill what we thought would be a thorough explantation of how everything works on the vehicle.
