Poor communication from the manager and the sales rep. The sales rep told me that there was no dents on the vehicle and I took a train all the way to Orlando from West Palm Beach and there was a big Dent The sales rep told me that there was no dents on the vehicle and I took a train all the way to Orlando from West Palm Beach and there was a big Dent in the vehicle. Also, the manager lied to me, they said the Carfax powertrain warranty was still in effect, but it expired a month before I bought the car. Also, on my drive home 2 1/2 hours from Orlando to West Palm Beach, the car was shaking because the car needs a new torque converter, and the transmission was never checked by your service department when you took the trade-in. I had to drive all the way back 2 1/2 hours from West Palm Beach to Orlando on October 21, 2024 to get this transmission fixed. I was not compensated for my time or my gas and missing time from work.
