Jesse was great and helped me with what I needed. But I was first given my used car I purchased still dirty and even when I test drove it they had not cleaned it from the previous owner. Jesse had the vehicle cleaned but even getting it back it still had fingerprints and some minor stains that could’ve also been cleaned but they rushed due to low staff. I won’t be going back to this Acura dealership in the future, terrible with presentation, but Jesse was great and really helped me get a great deal. More
